Maps, Organic, Multiplying traffic to your Websites (Client or Rank and Rent sites)

Last few weeks , ever since new years day 2020, we have been quietly working on some of our client sites and rank and rent sites. 

We (our agency) planned out what we wanted to achieve in 2020 - and pretty much divided them up into few buckets

- Revenue from Rank and Rent
- Revenue from Cilent SEO (this has been 90% referrals from other SEO agencies - we do whitelabel SEO 
- Revenue from partnerships (this is something new I am venturing into - partnering up with a couple of businesses to get a % of their monthly revenue/cashflow.

My main goal is to have more time freedom - free myself from day to day tasks of running my agency so as to focus on what I love doing - testing various ranking strategies, and spend more time doing what interests me . 

In the process my agency now has grown to 7 full time employees (3 web developers, 1 SEO strategist, 1 content writer, 1 client outreach person, 1 proj manager), + a couple of part time sales folks.

One of the things I am planning this year is to start a YT channel putting out videos on a consistent basis.  

Anyway , here is a couple of videos showing you how I go about picking my niche and city for rank and rent. A good chunk of questions in the FB group is on "how do I choose a niche? What niches do I avoid" etc.

So I thought I would start an Over The Shoulder video series showing how I go about this  - my thought process on picking the niche etc.
